Delete Account

Want to delete your Flyly account and all associated data? Here's how.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Flyly and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Account & Data.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.

Delete via email

If you don't have access to the app, write to us at support@flyly.de

What gets deleted?

  • Your profile (name, email, settings)
  • All trips and jetlag plans
  • Chat messages with the AI coach
  • Health data (sleep, heart rate, steps)
  • Support tickets and feedback

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. An active subscription must be canceled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
